A Commonwealth Court Judge has ordered a temporary hold on Governor Tom Wolf’s plan to charge tolls at least nine bridges on major interstates here in Pennsylvania, agreeing that the move is illegal and unconstitutional. It means PennDot must stop all studies, right of way acquisitions, and construction. All spending also must halt.
