Fentanyl Now Leads

Fentanyl has overtaken heroin as the opioid of choice in Pennsylvania. The state has seized more than forty times the amount of fentanyl than heroin in the first three months of this year… an amount that already far surpasses last year’s entire fentanyl seizures.
