State Lawmakers Say No to New Gun Laws

Lawmakers in Harrisburg say they are not ready to pull the trigger on more gun laws. Pennsylvania House Republican spokesman Jason Gottesman points to the Pennsylvania Constitution, which says the right of people to keep and bear arms shall not be questioned.

A Pennsylvania man was sentenced in federal court, to 2 years in prison for SNAP benefit fraud adding up to $1.8 Million. 41-year-old Jimmy Tran of Harrisburg was also ordered to pay restitution in that amount.
