State Budget Finally Passes

Lawmakers in Harrisburg finally passed the main Pennsylvania state budget bill… more than a week after it was due. The Senate approved the bill on Friday 47-3 after the House passed it by a similar margin the day before. Governor Tom Wolf said he will sign it.
