Child Severely Burned – Monroe County Man Arrested
A Monroe County man was arrested after authorities say he caused severe burns to a child’s hands and delayed taking him to the hospital. 27 year old David McNeese is facing charges including aggravated assault to a child in connection with the incident that investigators say took place in Hamilton Township back in January.

Two East Stroudsburg women were sentenced to two years of probation for failure to pay business business taxes. 72-year-old Hope Carbone and 70-year-old Donna Venturini were sentenced in Federal Court for conspiring to evade federal excise taxes adding up to more than 3-Million Dollars on imported cigars. The two were also ordered to pay restitution.
