Two Pennsylvania brothers have been arrested for stealing a tractor at gunpoint in West Virginia. 44 year old Gary Courtwright and his brother, 36 year old Thomas Courtwright… according to police… fired one round at the tractor’s owner, then jumped on the tractor and took off.
