10-mile Chase Results in Arrest of Tobyhanna Man

A 10-mile police chase in Monroe County ended with the arrest of 64-year-old William Watkins of Tobyhanna. Watkins, charged with aggravated assault and fleeing police, was found heavily intoxicated after the pursuit, which began with reports of a reckless driver on Route 611.
