East Stroudsburg Man Pleads No Contest To Indecent Exposure & Open Lewdness

A man pleaded no contest to charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct in Monroe County court. 41 year old Josiah Grauso of East Stroudsburg, was arrested following an incident at Kalahari Resort in December 2023, where he exposed himself in the waterpark’s lazy river area.

A Dingmans Ferry woman has been arrested after investigators say she used Facebook Messenger to send sexually explicit messages to a minor. 35 year old Ashley Hall-Stoll faces multiple charges including unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. She was taken into custody and is being held on $175,000 bail.

THON, the world’s largest student-run philanthropy, raises millions annually for the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. This year’s 46-hour dance marathon runs this weekend.
