The name of the woman who was fatally shot by her boyfriend Tuesday evening in Pocono Township, has been released. 37 year old Leilani Ramos was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Her death was ruled a homicide. The name of her boyfriend, who also dies after he shot himself has not been released yet.

Pennsylvania introduced redesigned mail ballot materials on Wednesday, and the new ballots will be used in the 2024 election. They are expected to decrease the number of errors on completed ballots that lead to many being rejected. They will also be more uniform across all of the state’s 67 counties.

If you use natural gas, get set to pay a little less for it. On Tuesday, UGI Utilities announced that its natural gas rates will decrease on Friday. The average residential heating customer will see their monthly bill decrease about 20%, from $116.76 to $93.17. UGI serves more than 740,000 customers across 45 Pennsylvania counties.

The national average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas on Tuesday was $3.25 according to AAA. Here in Pennsylvania, the average price for a gallon of regular gas was around $3.56 on Tuesday. Locally, the average price of gas is a little less than that… hovering around $3.34 according to GasBuddy.
