Pocono Mountain Regional Police today, are continuing their investigation into a fatal crash that happened early last Friday. 36-year-old Brian Rambhawan of Coolbaugh Township was pronounced dead at the scene after a two-vehicle accident on Memorial Boulevard around 5 a.m. Investigators believe weather conditions may have contributed to the crash.
