Lawmakers in Harrisburg have passed legislation that will bring an end to the “pink envelopes” for antlerless deer hunters. It means Pennsylvania deer hunters could simply purchase their antlerless deer licenses over the counter or online at www.huntfish.pa.gov. It now heads to the Governor’s desk, and if it is signed, it will go into effect after 60 days.
