It’s always five o’clock somewhere, and soon “somewhere” will include the Poconos… The first Margaritaville Resort Village is planned for the Poconos, with a targeted opening in 2024. Construction will soon begin on the old Pocono Manor property for the Margaritaville Resort Village, which will be designed pay tribute to the original Pocono Manor, but with new ameneties such as luxury camping options including RV sites. It means more jobs, more tourists, and more money.
