An investigation into an armed robbery Sunday morning at PNC Bank in East Stroudsburg has resulted in the arrest of one man. It happened at the drive through ATM where a man and his daughter were approached by a man with a knife. 48-year-old Brian Walker of Stroud Township is now facing felony charges and is in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, with bail set at $25,000.
