A Luzerne County man has pleaded guilty to charges involving a ‘straw purchase’ of a firearm. 26-year-old Dashae Simmons of Pittston, admitted to providing false information regarding a purchase made on June 24, 2020, of a .22 caliber pistol from Dunkelberger’s in Stroudsburg. Under federal law, he could be facing up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced.
