A Winter Weather Advisory was issued for parts of central & northeast Pennsylvania, as rain, a wintry mix, and snow began to fall last evening, and the winter storm moved in. Today, dry air will begin to filter into our storm system, and that will cause the precipitation to become more scattered instead of widespread, and it could result in lower snow totals for some areas. The good news is that the storm is a relatively fast mover and the precipitation will end by midday today.
