State police say two juveniles vandalized the West End Fairgrounds in Chestnuthill Township last Saturday night. Troopers arrived to find several broken windows and some fire extinguishers that were set off in the main office of the fairgrounds near Brodheadsville. A 17 year old and a 15 year old have been arrested. Their names are not being released due to their ages.
