A Monroe County man is now facing charges stemming from a domestic incident that took place last Wednesday. State Police at Fern Ridge arrested 32 year old Victor Tello of Tobyhanna in connection with the incident that involved a 28-year-old unidentified woman. When Troopers arrested Tello, they say he had a knife. He’s now facing charges including burglary, simple assault, criminal mischief, and harassment.
