A very complex winter storm is moving in and making travel difficult. Periods of snow will continue today, with the heaviest snow falling in the morning. Winds will remain a problem through Wednesday, with gusts between 40 and 50 MPH possible, which can cause isolated power outages. The highest snow accumulations will be in the higher elevations of the Poconos.
