Governor Josh Shapiro has ordered all flags in the commonwealth to be flown at half-staff in honor of Pennsylvania State Trooper Jacques Rougeau Jr. who tragically died after being shot while on duty Saturday after an encounter with an armed suspect in Juniata County. The half-staff order will remain in place until the trooper’s remains are buried. That date has not yet been announced.
