A juvenile has been arrested for throwing a rock at the window of a store in Monroe County. Pocono Township Police say it happened around 1:15am on Sunday at the Planet Earth Gallery in Scotrun. The juvenile fled on a bicycle, but was identified after review of surveillance photos. No names have been released due to the age of the accused.
