A former Pennsylvania attorney general who served jail time for leaking grand jury material and lying about it, is back behind bars again. 55 year old Kathleen Kane was taken into custody Friday after state officials say she violated her probation when she was charged with drunken driving. Kane was locked up Friday in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility outside Philadelphia.
