A tractor-trailer rollover on Interstate 80 in Stroud Township caused temporary traffic slowdowns on Tuesday. PennDOT reports that it happened on I-80 East near exit 303. State Police say a car cut off the big rig leading to the rollover. Fortunately, the driver emerged unharmed, and the cargo, a small quantity of tires, was minimally affected.
