A couple who formerly lived in the Poconos have been arrested after the death of their child. Cindy Warren and Rendell Hoagland face charges including attempted criminal homicide in connection with the death of 12-year-old Malinda Hoagland in Chester County. Court records show that Warren was previously convicted for endangering her son.
