A Schuylkill County man will spend 10 years in prison for possessing child pornography. 39 year old Jason Michael Herman of Pine Grove, will also have to serve another 10-years of supervised release for possessing and distributing child pornography. Prosecutors say Herman uploaded nine videos… about 675 images… of child porn onto a social media application, including images depicting the abuse of minors under the age of 12. Herman had a prior 2007 New Jersey conviction for possessing child pornography.
