Dr. Scott Lynch, who claimed that head coach James Franklin repeatedly interfered with his medical decisions, was awarded $5.25 million. Lynch’s lawsuit against Penn State Health and Dr. Kevin Black alleged retaliation for his refusal to let coaching staff influence medical treatment decisions.
