Beginning today, Crystal Street in East Stroudsburg will become a one-way southbound street from Analomink Street to Washington Street. The change is part of the Crystal Street Streetscape Project’s first phase, aiming to improve pedestrian safety by widening sidewalks and adding raised crosswalks and decorative lighting. The one-way change is aimed at helping to manage increased traffic and double parking issues.
