Chilling new details emerged Wednesday evening in a harrowing kidnapping case here in Monroe County. Pennsylvania State Police have arrested two men accused of holding four women captive in shipping containers. Investigators say the victims were reportedly bound, raped, and traumatized after witnessing a shooting. Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancuso described the situation as a “minor miracle no one was killed.” Charges including kidnapping and sexual assault are now filed against 28-year-old Davaun Jackson and 19-year-old Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, who are both being held without bail.
