Some people in Stroudsburg are voicing their frustration over the ongoing construction of the Glenbrook Road Bridge, which has been closed since way back in August 2020 due to damage from Tropical Storm Isaias. PennDOT officials acknowledge the delays, citing complex design and environmental challenges. They now say that construction should resume within weeks and they are aiming to complete the project by the end of the year.
