A new Pennsylvania law expands happy hour regulations, allowing bars and restaurants to offer discounts for up to four hours a day and 24 hours a week. Governor Josh Shapiro signed the bill this week. The change, which takes effect in mid-September, could bring more patrons to many establishments that have been struggling to stay afloat amid rising costs due to inflation.
