New life for a former pharmacy building. Spirit Halloween is set to open a new store at 228 Main Street in Stroudsburg, the former Rite Aid location. The seasonal retailer, with more than 1,500 locations nationwide and known for its wide range of costumes and decorations, has not yet announced an exact opening date but lists the store as “coming soon” on its website.
