Five people have been charged in connection with an organized retail theft ring operating across nine Pennsylvania counties, including here in Northeastern PA. The group stole over $71,000 worth of health and beauty products from stores including Giant, Weis Markets, and Wegmans. 3 are currently in custody. 2 others remain at large.
