Tech entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, CEO of a Lehigh Valley-based company, has commanded a groundbreaking space mission. On Tuesday, SpaceX launched the Polaris Dawn crew from Florida, which includes Isaacman, two SpaceX engineers, and a former Air Force pilot, into Earth’s radiation belts. The mission marks the first private spacewalk and ventures farther than any mission since the Apollo moon landings.The spacewalk is set for today.
