Spotted Lanternfly Problem May Be Easing (A Little)

While spotted lanternflies continue to be a problem here in Pennsylvania, there is some good news… experts say their numbers may be dropping. Experts from Penn State say heavy infestations typically last a few years before the pests move on. The bugs are more noticeable right now… in September and October… when their late-season activity peaks. Though they don’t harm humans, if you find any spotted lanternflies, you should squash them.
