A Tobyhanna man is wanted for threatening to shoot nurses at St. Luke’s Hospital in Stroudsburg, prompting a lockdown. Police say 31 year old Christopher Soares-Gilliam made the threat in the hospital parking lot as a nurse arrived for her shift. An arrest warrant has been issued for Soares-Gilliam, who was last seen driving a blue 2015 Subaru WRX. Authorities urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911.
