Prosecutors in the Bryan Kohberger case are pushing back against defense efforts to eliminate aggravating factors and remove the death penalty as a possible punishment. Kohberger is the Poconos man accused of murdering four University of Idaho students in 2022. A hearing on the death penalty is set for November 7, with the trial scheduled to begin next August.
