A Northeastern Pennsylvania woman is facing theft and felony fraud charges after allegedly defrauding travelers out of $42,000. Police say 69-year-old Eileen Miner, owner of Thompson Tours in Luzerne County, failed to book promised vacations, leaving victims without flights or accommodations. She was taken into custody by police in the Mohegan Pennsylvania Casino parking lot and is now behind bars, with bail set at $50,000.
