Police are investigating the discovery of a skimmer device found at a Walmart cash register in East Stroudsburg on Friday morning. Investigators say they now know that a man entered the store on Thursday around 11 a.m. and installed the skimmer, designed to capture customers’ credit and debit card information. Anyone with information is asked to contact Stroud Area Regional Police.
