A Monroe County man is dead following a four-vehicle crash on I-81 in East Hanover Township, near Harrisburg. State police say 27-year-old James Stokes of Cresco was a passenger in an SUV that struck a tractor-trailer after it was rear-ended by another truck. The collision pushed the SUV into the left lane, where it was hit by another vehicle that caught fire. Stokes was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were hospitalized.
