Road crews in Monroe County have been busy lately preparing for winter weather, and they say they were ready for the winter storm that arrived on Thursday. Stroudsburg Borough Public Works crews are out there with plows and spreaders. Nevertheless, residents should expect slick conditions and be cautious when traveling.
