A deadly crash early Friday morning claimed the life of a 36-year-old man in Monroe County. Police say Brian Rambhawan of Pocono Summit was driving south on Route 611 near Tobyhanna around 4 a.m. when his vehicle lost control on snow-covered roads. The car spun into oncoming traffic and collided with a box truck. Rambhawan was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
