The “Snowmen of Stroudsburg” are returning to the streets this holiday season, with 60 snowmen – including 10 new ones – set to make their debut on Black Friday. Everyone is invited to help set up the festive figures, with volunteers meeting at 8:30 a.m. at Olde Engine Works. The Stroudsburg Tree Lighting Ceremony will also take place Friday at 5:30 p.m., featuring live music, a visit from the Grinch, and a 35-foot Christmas tree.
