A 25-year-old man has been charged with homicide following the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Garrett Gearhart at a Stroudsburg Wawa on Saturday night. Police say Andrew Quattrochi fired a single shot during an altercation, striking Gearhart in the neck. Gearhart, a senior at Stroudsburg High School, died at the hospital. Quattrochi is now behind bars, and being held without bail.
