If you work there or have travel plans involving Lackawanna County listen up! Lane restrictions are in effect on I-81 north and south in Lackawanna County all this week. PennDot says the restrictions will run from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday between Exit 180 at Moosic and Exit 194 at Clarks Summit for guiderail replacement and repair work. Plan for potential delays.
