A Scranton man has been arrested for the rape and sexual assault of a victim at a medical facility in Smithfield Township. State police say the assaults took place multiple times, and the incident was reported last August. 53 year old Timothy Clark was taken into custody on Monday, and authorities are now asking any other potential victims to contact them.
