The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has refused to hear the appeal of man who claims he is innocent of 1986 murder. Scott Schaeffer of Northumberland County is trying to clear himself of a 1986 murder he claims he did not commit after the state Supreme Court refused to hear his appeal of lower court decisions that blocked his attempt to obtain DNA testing of evidence from the killing 36 years ago.
