An East Stroudsburg driver hit a pedestrian on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County Monday morning. State Police say 48 year old Carson Gaston of Lehighton, was standing on the highway after being rear-ended by another driver when he was struck by 28 year old Jonothan Parker of East Stroudsburg. Parker’s car then collided with another vehicle. Both Gaston and Parker sustained serious injuries and were taken to the hospital.
