The FBI is on the hunt for 26-year-old Ricky “Angel” Vargas, an East Stroudsburg man wanted for the stabbing death of a 31-year-old man in New Jersey, in February. Vargas, a member of the Latin Kings gang, has been charged with first-degree murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. The Stroud Regional Police Department is assisting the FBI in the search, offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to his capture.
