Wawa opened its newest location Thursday in Smithfield Township, drawing early morning crowds to Mosier Farm Drive in East Stroudsburg. The grand opening included giveaways, a ribbon cutting, and a hoagie-building contest between state police and local firefighters. The first 100 customers scored free T-shirts.
