A 16-year-old is charged in a Monroe County crime spree that hit five properties in Chestnuthill Township Saturday. Businesses were ransacked, a home was shot at, and 40 rounds were fired near the West End Fairgrounds. State Police say more suspects are likely. No injuries were reported.
