Pocono Township Police are asking for your help after a 1978 Coachmen camper and a pile of industrial carpet and yellow paint were illegally dumped at the Birchwood Resort in East Stroudsburg. The mess appeared Sunday. Anyone with information can call police and leave an anonymous tip.
